Who I am

This website is run by Mark Alan Griffiths, a sole trader trading as PrimeWebRebuilds. I am responsible for (the "controller" of) the personal information described here.

What information I collect

When you use the enquiry form, I receive the details you enter:

• your name, business name and email address
• optionally, your phone number, current website and town or area
• what you need help with and your message

Please don't include sensitive personal information in your message.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare any preview you ask for and discuss possible work with you. My lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. I don't sell your information, send marketing newsletters or use it for advertising.

How your enquiry is delivered

When you send the form, your details are passed securely by this website's hosting provider (Lovable) to Google Gmail and delivered as an email to primewebrebuilds@gmail.com. Google and Lovable process the information on my behalf to provide these services, and may do so outside the UK. Where that happens, I rely on the safeguards these providers state in their own terms; I have not independently verified them. The website itself does not keep a separate database of enquiries.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If we don't go on to work together, I aim to delete them within 12 months. If we do work together, I keep relevant records for as long as needed for that work and for legal and tax purposes (normally up to 6 years).

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It may use small amounts of essential browser storage so pages work properly, such as remembering your scroll position.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, ask me to restrict or stop using it, object to how I use it, and ask for a copy to pass to someone else. To make a request, email primewebrebuilds@gmail.com.

If you are unhappy with how I've handled your information, please contact me first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
